\nI can't believe how long it’s been since we last spoke! It feels like yesterday we were laughing and talking about how great 2023 was going to be and BOOM – it’s over.
\nI remember being so excited to share that I passed the national boards for health & wellness coaching and how that factored into my grand vision for 2023. Whelp – let’s just say that vision fell apart pretty quickly.
\nIt’s hard to express all my health drama of the first half of the year and the toll that took on me. Any plans I had for the year went straight out the window. But…..
\nDespite a rough start, I ended up finding something I enjoyed!
\nDuring this rough patch I had enough energy to do what I love – learning! And get this: it’s my top strength! Turns out there’s way more JOY in using my strengths than avoiding them. Obvious, but this experience made it impossible to continue pushing towards what I thought I should be doing and devaluing my strengths.
\nSo, what am I learning? How to create my own copy (it’s a work in progress -lol). I'd planned on hiring a professional but given the circumstances, it wasn’t realistic. PLUS, I had literally no idea how to articulate what it is I wanted to share –I only knew what I was feeling.
\nHave you ever struggled to articulate/say what you need, what brings you joy, what you want? But you could feel it?
\nWelcome to the club! Our words and approach may be different, but why settle for frustration, unable to explain or even understand why things aren’t working for us? We just need a fresh perspective. This has been my experience this year. Not too shabby considering.
\nSo that’s my update. What’s going on with you? Is there a story you’ve wanted to tell or maybe a feeling without words? I’d love to hear about it and to celebrate together how far we’ve come (because trust me, we have – even if we’re not saying it!). Respond to this email and let me know!
\nShort and sweet but this feels like a great place to wrap up my update! I hope you have a great holiday season and happy New Year! (but let’s agree that in 2024 we’ll not let so much time pass between chats!)
\nXo,
\nStephanie

Stephanie De Flora Integrative Wellness Coach "Life imitates art far more than art imitates life” – Oscar Wilde Hello Reader and happy September! It’s been 60 days since the 100-day challenge concluded - longer since you’ve received an email from me. (If you’re not sure what I’m talking about here, head on over to Instagram @processevolved and click on the 100 days pinned on top) During this time something fantastic, IMO, happened. Did my life completely change after the 100-day challenge?...
Stephanie De Flora Integrative Wellness Coach Change may be the only constant, but it comes with a lot of variables. With the first quarter of 2024 quickly closed, I find myself once again wondering about what I'm doing (and why). What is all this doing leading to? Ever have similar thoughts? I'm a integrative coach, meaning I combine all my experiences and knowledge to work through change. Keeping an eye on what's ahead, my coaching techniques focus on meeting clients where they are on the...
Stephanie De Flora Integrative Wellness Coach Heya! I'm feeling very inspired today and while I can't really point to why, it feels so good to be in the flow of things! It could be a mix of knowing Spring is on the way, an extra day thanks to Leap Year, or maybe it's been finding myself caught in the social media algorithm that has brought Calvin and Hobbes back into my life. I feel the flow connecting me to a lot of things I've disconnected from lately. Can you relate? This winter has been...
